Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Welcome to Brewtiful Beasts.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of brewtifulbeasts.co.uk and the purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

Throughout these terms, references to "Brewtiful Beasts", "we", "us" or "our" mean Andy J Hardwick Limited trading as brewtifulbeasts.co.uk.

References to "you" or "your" mean the person using our website or purchasing products from us.

2. Our Products

Brewtiful Beasts creates character-led animal artwork and designs which may be supplied on products including, but not limited to:

  • Art prints and posters;
  • Framed or unframed prints;
  • Mugs and drinkware;
  • Clothing and apparel;
  • Homeware;
  • Accessories;
  • Gifts;
  • Print-on-demand products;
  • Limited-edition products; and
  • Personalised or custom-made products where offered.

The products available may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue products without notice, subject to fulfilling orders we have already accepted.

3. Product Images and Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display our artwork and products accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, printing method, material or manufacturing process.

Print-on-demand products may also have minor variations in positioning, dimensions, colour reproduction or finish arising from the manufacturing process.

These normal production variations do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty.

Product photographs, lifestyle images and mock-ups may be used to illustrate how a design or product is expected to look. Unless expressly stated otherwise, props and other objects appearing in photographs or mock-ups are not included.

4. Product Sizes

Where applicable, product dimensions and sizing information will be provided on the relevant product page.

You are responsible for checking dimensions, measurements and sizing information before ordering.

For clothing and other sized products, we strongly recommend checking the applicable size guide before placing your order.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After submitting an order, you should receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Brewtiful Beasts is formed when we accept your order and begin processing or production, or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
  • Payment cannot be authorised;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
  • Delivery is not available to the address provided; or
  • We are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will arrange an appropriate refund

6. Prices

Product prices will be displayed on our website.

Prices may change from time to time. Changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable taxes will be dealt with in accordance with relevant law and, where appropriate, reflected during checkout.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply a product at an incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors.

We do not normally receive or retain your complete debit or credit card details.

Your payment information may be processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

8. Print-on-Demand Products

Many Brewtiful Beasts products may be produced using print-on-demand manufacturing.

This means a product may only enter production after your order has been placed.

We may use specialist third-party printing and fulfilment partners to manufacture, package and dispatch these products directly to you.

Because products can be produced by different facilities, items included in the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

Production and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

9. Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Certain products may be personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information, wording, names, photographs, specifications or other material supplied for personalisation is accurate before submitting your order.

Where we provide a proof for approval, you are responsible for checking the proof carefully before approving production.

Once a personalised or custom-made product has entered production, changes may not be possible.

Your statutory cancellation rights may not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, subject to applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your rights where a personalised or custom product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

10. Customer-Supplied Images and Content

If we offer products incorporating photographs, images, text or other material supplied by you, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use that material.

You must not provide material that:

  • Infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
  • Is unlawful;
  • Is defamatory;
  • Is threatening or abusive;
  • Is discriminatory or hateful;
  • Violates another person's privacy; or
  • Is otherwise inappropriate for us to reproduce.

You retain ownership of material you provide to us, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

You grant us permission to use the supplied material only as reasonably necessary to process, produce and fulfil your order, unless you separately agree to another use.

We reserve the right to refuse content that we reasonably believe breaches these requirements.

11. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Orders may be dispatched by Brewtiful Beasts or directly by one of our manufacturing or fulfilment partners.

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.

12. Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated times provided, but circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

These may include postal or courier disruption, severe weather, manufacturing disruption, customs delays, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please contact info@brewtifulbeasts.co.uk if an order appears significantly overdue.

13. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer purchasing eligible goods online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

If an order contains multiple eligible items delivered separately, the cancellation period will normally run from receipt of the final relevant item where applicable under consumer law.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory cancellation right.

To notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible order, contact:

info@brewtifulbeasts.co.uk

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify your order.

14.  Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

The statutory right to cancel may not apply to certain categories of goods, including goods that are:

  • Made to your specifications;
  • Clearly personalised;
  • Sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery, where the legal exemption applies; or
  • Otherwise exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.

The fact that an item is manufactured using print-on-demand production does not, by itself, necessarily remove your statutory cancellation rights.

A standard, non-personalised Brewtiful Beasts product will therefore be treated in accordance with applicable consumer cancellation law even if it was manufactured after you placed your order.

15. Returns Following Cancellation

Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel an eligible order, you must return the goods in accordance with the instructions we provide.

Unless the goods are faulty or we state otherwise, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You should take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.

We may be legally entitled to reduce a refund where the value of goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them in a shop.

Further information is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

16. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We want you to be happy with your Brewtiful Beasts order.

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged;
  • Faulty;
  • Incorrect;
  • Significantly different from its description; or
  • Otherwise not of satisfactory quality,

please contact us at info@brewtifulbeasts.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

17. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed or permitted.

Refund timing will depend on the reason for the refund and applicable legal requirements.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides further information.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original Brewtiful Beasts artwork, illustrations, characters, designs, graphics, logos, branding, product artwork, website content and associated creative material are owned by or licensed to Andy J Hardwick Limited.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Brewtiful Beasts product gives you ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork or design.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy or reproduce our artwork;
  • Scan or digitally reproduce our products;
  • Sell copies or reproductions;
  • Use our artwork on other products;
  • Upload our artwork to print-on-demand services;
  • Use our artwork for commercial purposes;
  • Modify our artwork to create commercial derivative products; or
  • Use our artwork, characters, logos or branding in a manner that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership with Brewtiful Beasts.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

19. Website Content

The content of brewtifulbeasts.co.uk is provided for general information and shopping purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every item of website content will always be completely free from errors.

We may update, modify or remove website content from time to time.

20.  Acceptable Use of Our Website

You must not knowingly:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website;
  • Scrape, copy or systematically extract our content for unauthorised commercial use; or
  • Use our website in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

21. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products sold through our consumer website are intended primarily for private and domestic use unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in this section affects rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

23. Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we may share it with and your rights under UK data protection law.

24. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Further information about the cookies we use and your choices will be available in our Cookie Policy.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices, website or applicable law.

The Terms & Conditions applying to your purchase will normally be those in effect when your order was placed.

The latest version will be published on brewtifulbeasts.co.uk with the date it was last updated.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available under the laws applicable to you.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights relating to where legal proceedings may be brought.
